Led by a licensed chiropractor, our sessions focus on physical re-education, as well as mobilization and pain reduction through chiropratic care that are both curated to your specific needs.
At Backside, we teach people how to access their posterior chain properly, clear restrictions in the body, re-learn movement patterns, correct posture, and reinforce structures.
Our bodies naturally adapt to our surroundings, choosing the path of least resistance. For most of us, that means living in the front half of our bodies. We walk. We drive. We work. We text. We cook. All in front of us. To put less stress on the front half of our bodies, we need to focus on strengthening and learning how to utilize our backside. Here is where you’ll learn how to squat, lunge, hip hinge, push, and pull properly to alleviate pain at its source.
